The Terrace

The service was terrible last night took over 45 minutes. So slow. The food was good but you would need at least two drinks to kill time to wait for food. They definitely need to work on this especially considering it was not full. All the food was tasty except I would skip the octopus next time and only do the calamari. Too small and only decent. The ambiance was delightful and vibe was good. Better spot for a drink and an app.

This place is beautiful! We went to the Grand Saturday Brunch. The staff was pleasant & the table service was beyond exceptional. I'm sorry I didn't get the gentleman's man. But he was so attentive & went above and beyond. That's what makes me very happy at a meal service. He was amazing! Hope his dad is doing better. I would have liked more of a selection for such an expensive brunch. It was more breakfast than brunch. But we were celebrating a birthday & that's what the birthday girl wanted. Non-pork eater beware, about 2 or 3 of the mains had bacon on them, there were only 6 and two of the mains were salads. And only chicken sausage as another option. Which was a big problem for the non-pork eater with us. Understandably so. The food was good but could have been better for the price. The egg sandwich, the quiche, chocolate turtle balls & crab salad were very good. The desserts were ok. You only get one "complimentary" drink per person. That's not very brunch of them. The drinks were ok. I'm not really a gin girl. They should have had other options if I'm paying that much. The atmosphere & service are what did it for me. We had great company, so we were bound to have fun.

So where do I start? 🦋The place is beautiful, no question about it. Great atmosphere & ambience. When you come out of elevators you see photography all over, then you’re lad into a nice indoor and outside terrace. It’s beautiful. You can come out and look at the view outside as well. 🦋we came here specifically for brunch. But brunch is served only on weekends , so we were pretty disappointed, but still decided to stay and have lunch … 🦋 ordered cappuccinos to start by another waiter than ours Found out later when we got the bill: apparently it’s 10 each…. Never heard of that…ever, I understand a special coffee drink or something special…but a Regular cappuccino…. 🦋 the menu was very very basic & with a high price tag. 🦋 the waiter was serving the other table where he dropped a plate & the plate splattered all over my feet. Yes he apologized and cleaned up…but it made me get very tense. 🦋 after this incident, we decided we just wanted to drink & leave & have brunch someplace else. when me and my partner were trying to enjoy our drinks, another staff member comes and aggressively starts cleaning up our plates & utensils right under me…beyond disrespectful … Overall place looks very nice. But beyond disgusted by my experience here.

Exceptional service and atmosphere with mediocre food haha. I’m truly impressed by the interior and the outdoor garden. This place is great for birthday or gathering events. All servers are super nice and friendly. However, it serves only average food with a high price imo. I went there with my friend for her birthday and they were kind enough to offer a cake on house and it’s one of the better dish tbh😅
